Copyright problem: Michael Lobo[edit]

A review of Michael Lobo indicates the article was correctly tagged for copyright infringement. Some examples of text which are repeated almost verbatim from the original source are:

These are clear examples of infringing text and cannot be used unless you are quoting from the source. The text in the article will need to be removed, revised, or released for use in Wikipedia by the methods outlined on the copyright violation notice placed on your talk page. I removed the redundant sentences as well as the promotional tone and attributed text to the subject's claims. I've now moved the article into the mainspace. Re DYK[edit]

I see that you disagree with the copyvio claim and you have made a note of my talkpage. If you are successful in promptly arguing that your article is not a copyright violation then you should be able to represent at DYK (noting this problem) and I believe your hook will be readmitted. Although I must note that (im my view) you should consider Michael. I don't know him, but the article gives the impression that he might have written it which would not be fair on him.
