- Related to the above message; please respect your other editors and leave an edit summary. It doesn't have to be long - it can be anything as short as "reply", "note" or "comment" on a talk page - but try to make it descriptive (i.e. "adding source", "changing wording", etc). Thank you, m.o.p 11:32, 14 December 2011 (UTC)

Somedifferentstuff actually was the reason the page was frozen. Potential sock puppetry. Edit warning on his page 2x. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 22.214.171.124 (talk) 16:24, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

I'm sorry to have reverted your edits on this page. You have cut back the lead to the bare bones and left the assertion that irony is only saying the opposite of what is intended. I know some dictionaries say only that, but others (and books on the subject) allow the wider definition that was there before. Several of us argued for a long time about what to include, before settling on the wider definition. There may be a point about missing citations in places, but I suggest you tag these so that I (and others) can work on them. Myrvin (talk) 11:11, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
- I modified my edit this time and gave a lengthy summary. Somedifferentstuff (talk) 13:56, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

You are probably reaching your 3-revert limit on United States. I will continue to revert any more changes VictorD7 and EllenCT make until the page is fully protected and I have already sent Victor a message informing him of this. This will be resolved in a civilized manner and the article must not be destabilized again after two weeks of stability. Cadiomals (talk) 01:19, 2 December 2013 (UTC)
- ??? - I have made 2 edits to the article over the last 12 days. -- Somedifferentstuff (talk) 01:27, 2 December 2013 (UTC)
