Rainbow 7[edit]

Hi, I wasn't planning on putting an infobox up for the album until it was actually out (standard Wikipedia procedure). If you don't mind, I'm going to hide it with the <!-- tag until the day before it comes out. -- Cjmarsicano 21:20, 7 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Page breaks![edit]

Hey, I noticed on some of your recent edits that you've been adding the HTML code </br> for paragraph breaks. That isn't necessary and doesn't really work. You only need to either hit the return/enter key on your machine twice, or use the XHTML version of the code, <br />. So you may want to fix those, chief. --Cjmarsicano 06:33, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject: Hello! Project[edit]

I'm looking to start a WikiProject for MoMusu and H!P. You interested?

Also, could you recommend anyone else that edits MoMusu/H!P entries on Wikipedia? We'd need three more people either than you and I to keep it legit in the eyes of the Wiki ops. --Cjmarsicano 22:35, 20 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

V-u-den photograph[edit]

Hey, there. Great photo of Rika and company for the v-u-den article. You were halfway there by putting the promotional tag on the image page, but you should have also given at least copyright credit to UFW too. I already did that on that image page, in the future be sure to type, say if you find a (very very very) nice picture of Aibon that UFW issued, you'd put down for the copyright notice:

Promotional photo of [[Ai Kago]]. Photographer unknown. ©2005 Up-Front Works Co. Ltd.

(Or whatever the year of the photo is) (To type the copyright symbol you type as one word, without spaces or quotes, an ampersand "&", then the word "copy", then a semi-colon ";")

"Photographer unknown" is because of course, the poor bastard (or bastards) taking all those pics of all those pretty J-pop superidols that you and I adore doesn't get any recognition for being in the same column of airspace with your heroines and mine (other than a paycheck from UFW, of course).

Oh, while I have the floor, still need to find two other cats for WP:H!P, but the holidays fucked with most of my time. Any suggestions? --CJ Marsicano 06:44, 9 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ai Kago pic[edit]

Just saw the new pic of Aibon you uploaded. All I'd say is I'm changing the degree of her userbox on my page ;) —CJ Marsicano17:39, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I made the pages for the last two Miki Fujimoto singles, Boyfriend and BOOGIE TRAIN '03, however I do not have the chart information for them, I was wondering if you knew where to find that information so that it can be added to those pages. rydia 07:17, 12 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WP:H!P standards[edit]

Great layout so far - I like what you've done.

The only other things I'd add to the entries are:

  • Musician credits (see my Ai No Dai 6 Kan, Duo U&U and 2nd W entries. Use those as a guide.
  • Links to related pages on wiki.theppn.org (even though they're not as detailed as ours) and to the translated/romanized lyrics for the represented songs on ProjectHello.com.
  • If I think of anything else I'll let you know. ;)

WP:H!P will be a formal reality before the month's out, BTW. --CJ Marsicano 13:35, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WP:H!P is on![edit]

WikiProject Hello! Project is now a go!

This week's opening agenda:

  • Rainbow 7 will be in my P.O. box tomorrow morning. I'll expand on the article once I get the CD in my hot little hands, probably by tomorrow night.
  • WP:H!P member User:Sploggers (talk) created a stub for Hello! Project articles. Try to stub as many articles as necessary, especially articles for H!P recordings and participants that need to be created. The stub has already been "discovered" by deletecruft folk so we have to make use of it, although I've already been debating pretty much successfully in support of it. Again, though, much respect to Brother Sploggers for creating it.
  • The project page is up and running at the wikilink above. Please feel free to "nominate" any articles that need to be created and/or expanded in the appropriate subcategories on the Project Page.
  • Does anyone want to create an "I Support Aibon" userbox (as a subpage of their user page or maybe even the project page) for while Ms. Kago is on her forced hiatus?

Any further questions or suggestions, ask me directly or make the suggestion on the project's talk page.

Please give some indication of your interest, or otherwise, in the idea. Even a simple "No thanks" with your user name would be welcome and assist in assessing the level of support for a meetup. Image copyright problem with Image:Kusumikoha.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kusumikoha.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Niigakrisai.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Mari winterconcert.jpg)[edit]

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Mari winterconcert.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image can be used under a fair use license. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Thanks for uploading Image:24_-_Namida_Ga_Tomaranai_Hougaku.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Disputed non-free use rationale for Image:06 - Furusato.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading Image:06 - Furusato.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. Fair use rationale for File:22_-_Rouman_~MY_DEAR_BOY~.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:22_-_Rouman_~MY_DEAR_BOY~.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Orphaned non-free image File:22 - Rouman ~MY DEAR BOY~.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:22 - Rouman ~MY DEAR BOY~.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use.
