Good to hear. I got practice using wiki markup on StrategyWiki, but they don't typically use references there unless they get permission from the author of the source and it's a lot of original research. Is it common for editors to wait about a year to be formally greeted? Because that happened to me on StrategyWiki too. --TatharNuar (talk) 14:42, 23 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 208.64.158.239. My ISP, Whitesky Communications provides internet access to my entire apartment complex over Carrier-grade NAT. Non-residents do not have access. Tathar (talk) 09:26, 29 December 2022 (UTC) [reply]

Procedural decline as account is not directly blocked, so no block to lift. Yes, the IP is blocked as a proxy.
