Hello, TheEuphoricSir, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Ukraine does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  220 of Borg 08:35, 20 July 2014 (UTC)

Edit summary[edit]

Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you.--220 of Borg 08:50, 20 July 2014 (UTC)

Leaving messages for other users[edit]

Hello TheEuphoricSir, welcome to Wikipedia! I noticed you left what looked like a "thank you" message on the page User:220 of Borg. That's not quite the right place to leave messages for other users. Messages go on User talk pages, for example User talk:220 of Borg. Not a huge problem, but just something to keep in mind in the future. Happy editing. July 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Howicus. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Richard I of England without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Before you edit again, read WP:VERIFY, WP:RS and WP:NOR. Sorry, but none of your edits comply with our policy and guidelines which is why various editors have deleted them. I've deleted Draft:Northern Cyprus as we have Northern Cyprus in a much better form. We'd like to see you stay around but Wikipedia has its own learning curve which is why I'm asking you to read some links. Dougweller (talk) 16:29, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
