[edit] Thank you!

For helping to revert the vandalism to my talk page. I must really have annoyed someone -- four different usernames of the same person vandalized my talk in the space of about 2 minutes. Thanks again! Gscshoyru (talk) 20:27, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Manchester wikimeet in June

[edit] Trivandrum article

I lived in Triavndrum for 14 years, and I very well know that there are theatres that screen X-rated movies in Triavndrum..why did you edit my post? could you please give a valid reason for this? (Ishana mathen (talk) 12:09, 15 May 2011 (UTC))

Is that all they screen? I doubt it (and Cinema halls in Thiruvananthapuram backs me up). In that case singling out the pornographic films is unnecessary and reeks of prudishness. the wub "?!" 12:20, 15 May 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Trivandrum article

Ok then.. but refer to the article on the South Indian pornographic actress Shakeela, if you doubt that such kind of movies are being produced in South Indian Languages.. (Ishana mathen (talk) 12:56, 15 May 2011 (UTC))

Hi Ishana mathen, That's old times buddy. Now Keralites don't really like to watch pornographic movies in theaters;).

After the censor rules were tightened in Malayalam, the B-Grade movie industry got declined in Kerala. Also people provoked battles against proliferation of porn movies in Kerala. It was started by some activists of a firebrand organization, which walked into Lata theatre in Moovatupuzha, near Kochi, and threw country bombs and put keel oil on the screen showing a soft-porn movie!!! It was not a joke. See this report on The Hindu newspaper. Also see the article Shakeela.

And you said that there are theatres that screen X-rated movies in Triavndrum. Not only in Trivandrum it's everywhere in the world. That doesn't make all theaters screen pornographic movies.

Sorry for answering him on your talk page The wub :). I only want to keep the continuity of the discussion. Cheers.. BINOY Talk 15:38, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

[edit] ???

I never made that edit, I have no interest in that subject and its imposible that someone else made that edit from this computer because this computer was not working at that time. I never make any edits in english Wikipedia anyway.

It is probably because my proxy ID is changed every few days, so it is a coincidence. I never made that edit and you should be careful when you show such insulting edits to people, luckly I am young so I dont care, but some older people might be shocked by primitive language that you referenced me to. --77.243.20.201 (talk) 11:53, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

That's fair enough, we're all aware that IP addresses change from time to time. Sorry you had to see that message, but unfortunately there's no other way to try and reach the person who did make the edit.
If you want to avoid such confusion in future, you can create an account. It's easy, doesn't require any personal information and lets you use a few other features too if you decide to edit in future. the wub "?!" 13:40, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

Hey wub, please see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Quran miracle and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Quran miracle. Users Quran Information and Humtv quack loudly. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 19:38, 9 July 2011 (UTC)

Because I'm no expert, but I'm fairly certain the Kylfings were not dinosaurs. [1] the wub "?!" 23:22, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Loksatta Newspaper

Hi,

We are the brand team members of the Indian Express Newspapers, and have been updating our brand profiles on wiki.

The profile updation seem to revert back.

Kindly help.

Thanks Darshan — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.197.76.171 (talk) 14:28, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

That's deliberate. Wikipedia articles have to cover their subjects with a neutral point of view, and are not intended as promotional pieces (which your edits resemble). the wub "?!" 14:31, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

I agree, and respect the sanctity.

Please suggest how to update the information which currently is misleading the reader.

What was on this template? --JC Talk to me My contributions 02:11, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

It was a polling template like those on Commons etc: Symbol keep vote.svg Keep:
Here's the discussion I was deleting based on (wow, I was bold in those days), and here's a previous discussion on the same subject. Also an unsuccessful deletion review. the wub "?!" 10:30, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Joe Thornton Facts

Why do you keep erasing and threatening to ban me for adding interesting and informative facts about the NHL hockey player Joe Thornton. i thought the whole purpose of Wikipedia was to enlighten the people of facts and stats and life achievements of various people. you should be ashamed of yourself.

Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
