The above description of your edit as "vandalism" was inappropriate. It appears that you were trying to add a caption and source information for an image to the infobox. The caption was fine, but the source information would have been better added to the image's file page. The file page also needs more information on its copyright status and why you think it's appropriate to use this potentially copyrighted image on Wikipedia (see WP:NFCC for more information). But by all means, feel free to remove the vandalism warning.

It's good to see another editor working on Jane Austen articles. One thing about character articles though, they need information about the character's significance outside of the novel's storyline: e.g., what have Austen scholars written about this character's significance to Austen's oeuvre? Please stop[edit]

Please stop uploading copyrighted images. We only use copyrighted images if they are absolutely needed, such as the main picture for the article. We will also never use a copyrighted image if it can be easily replaced with free one, such as representing someone in their article. The Volturi[edit]

Please stop uploading images with inappropriate sources, you seem to be purposely manipulating the links to prevent them from transforming into links, which is the exact opposite of what we want. Also, we can't use blogs for a source, we need an original source. You seem to be disregarding the well-deserved warnings you are receiving and are continuing to upload images with poor sources and using them inappropriately. If you continue you do this, I am placing a complaint on the administrators' noticeboard. You also, mindlessly remove tags from your images and nearly violate the 3RR. Please wait until you gain a little more experience in this department before you continue to do this. ς ح д r خ є

Thank you for finally replying, you have to make sure that is the exact location you got your image from, also the link is to a blog, unless the blog is the copyright holder of the image (in this case... Summit) the image can't be used, as it is a blatant copyright infringement. You don't have to upload a new image every time, you can just click the "upload a new version of this file" link on the image's page. If you do upload an entirely new image, you don't have to write "reduced version" in the title. But that's not the problem, it's also the way you are using the images. A copyrighted image should only be used on Wikipedia if it is absolutely needed, just having it for the sake of having an image will always result in deletion. Also, I'm guessing Alice is your favorite character in Twilight and Sharpay is your favorite in High School Musical as you uploaded images of them just for the sake of having an image. I am going to make work specific templates. The huge template has a lot of content that is related, but it is formatted differently than a lot of other great writers. When I am done the bottom of this page will look something like Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, H. G. Wells and Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
