Elisabet Höglund ‎[edit]

I could really need some help from another Wikipedian. I have made an article on Elisabet Höglund which I have nominated for DYK, I could need some help with additional copy-editing and translation of some of the words that perhaps was lost in translation from Swedish to English and links that are without proper redirect. Any help is welcome. Regards,

Proposed deletion of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Macklemore & Ryan Lewis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Redundant to Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. The awards were given to the artists individually, not as a group.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Vanessa Vallely[edit]

Hello Werldwayd. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Vanessa Vallely".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Vanessa Vallely}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 22:50, 9 June 2014 (UTC)

I am needing some advice[edit]

Hello, I have been trying to find out what I still need to do to this article. I think the 'references' are now in the next section. What do I need to do to show references. Whilst LAI is an internationally-renowned painter/illustrator, I am apparently her only biographer and so need to rely on myself for references. Can you suggest other sources.

Please note, I am not technologically minded; do not know or know how to use forums etc. so am unaware of conventions used. Many thanks82.2.9.40 (talk) 07:44, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

Lesley Anne Ivory[edit]

Hi - thanks for your feedback etc. I am pretty lost right now. I do know I have to add references but would like to know what I should use given that I think I am pretty much her only biographer - and also computer-illiterate so don't know what I'm doing.

Hello and thanks for your time and advice. I have tried to drop in a couple of links and will speak to her to try and find further references. Speedy deletion nomination of Cut Your Teeth[edit]

Hello Werldwayd,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Cut Your Teeth for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is significant enough to be included in an encyclopedia, and the artist doesn't have an article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Fly Project, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mandinga (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I noticed that with this edit you added a table for the live albums but citation 23 is broken and never appears to have worked. Can you fix it? Thanks. ww2censor (talk) 22:57, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for your notice to me. I see the live table as well as the studio albums table on above are both fixed and quite alright. Is there anything I should fix or is it ok now? werldwayd (talk) 23:35, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
I don't see that you did anything. Citation 23, the very last one which is in the second column of the peak positions of the live album table does not work. ww2censor (talk) 23:44, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
Now I understand. I have fixed it now if you can go back to it. it is now note 19 for both cases of BEL (Wallonia) column. werldwayd (talk) 23:56, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
OK, that works, I assumed it might just be an error with a simple fix. Thanks ww2censor (talk) 09:33, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

Message personnel[edit]

Hello, I'm Lézard, of french Wiki. I saw that you have added the album Message personnel in 2013. This double CD is not a new album, just a reissue for sale at the fortieth anniversary of the original album, released in 1973. Of course there are some unreleased bonus tracks on the second CD, but this is a simple marketing operation of the record label as we see often these lately. And anniversaries are a boon more to counter the crisis on sales. All this to tell you, dear Werldwayd, it is undesirable that it be added to the list. With apologies for my poor command of the English language. Cordialy! Lézard, http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilisateur:L%C3%A9zard 82.226.28.41 (talk) 10:21, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Joseph Hanna[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Joseph Hanna has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails the general notability guideline. No sufficient coverage in secondary sources.

Deletion discussion about Afshin (singer)[edit]

Hello, Werldwayd,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Afshin (singer) should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Afshin (singer) .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks, AlanS (talk) 04:55, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
