I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Gossiparazzi, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Gossiparazzi. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.Veinor (ヴエノル) 15:45, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Hi Wiltonbiz, babynamesgarden.com is not a reliable source with regard to the popularity of baby names because its information is derived from votes casted by visitors to the website. It's purely unscientific. Therefore, you should not cite it as a reference in Wikipedia for the popularity of specific baby names. I have removed it where it was quoted this way. However, I left it as a reference in the Given name article because the linked page is based on US government data. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, Accurizer 19:54, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. I don't believe I have asserted that your site "contains no original research", I certainly did not mean to - part of the problem with your site is that it is filled with original and unreliable research. I've asserted that your actions meet our definition of spamming, and that the links do not meet our requirements for reliable sources or external links. While we encourage editors to help us build this encyclopedia, virtually all your edits are to promote other websites.
