Thank you for the additional information about Raymond Wilding-White. Somehow, the information about his bachelor's degree was removed. Was it from the NEC and, if so, should this information be restored? Badagnani 04:31, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Badagnani. Thank you for taking an interest in my late father. He was quite a character and I am glad he is not forgotten. He earned his bachelor's at Julliard. Let me check my edits, and also confirm again with my mother.

Great! OK, so the source I found, that he got his bachelor's from the NEC, is wrong? (I think I found that online somewhere). The composer whose work I am archiving, Halim El-Dabh (he turns 86 in 2 days) went to school with Ray at the NEC and their music was played on the same concert around 1952. Halim is in Boston this week, celebrating his birthday at the NEC and they're doing four concerts of his music. He has fond memories of Ray. Badagnani 04:53, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I read Mr. El-Dabh's Wikipedia page. He sounds like a fascinating person. I sent you my mother's email address privately. I am sure she'd be charmed to hear from either of you. Fondest birthday wishes to Mr. El-Dabh, and onward and upward with arts!
