VTR Banda Ancha (Chile) S.A. is a Chilean telecommunications company. It is the country's largest provider of cable television with 890,345 subscribers (a 47.8% market share as of September 2010).[1] It is also the second largest provider of fixed broadband Internet access (38.5% market share) and fixed telephone service (18.0%), behind Telefónica, as of October 2010.[2][3] It is owned by the Liberty Global conglomerate (80%) and Grupo Saieh (20%).[4]
