Valeria Răcilă-van Groningen (born June 2, 1957) is a Romanian competition rower and Olympic champion.

She received a gold medal in single sculls at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.[1] She received a bronze medal in double sculls at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.
