Van köfte (Acem köfte) is a Turkish recipe for big meat balls from East Anatolia of Turkey from the city of Van, Turkey. The ingredients are ground beef, rice, bulgur, yellow split peas, leeks, mint, parsley, onion and Turkish spices.
