Vas is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Belluno in the Italian region Veneto, located about 60 km northwest of Venice and about 30 km southwest of Belluno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 909 and an area of 17.8 km².[1]
The municipality of Vas contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Marziai and Caorera.
Vas borders the following municipalities: Feltre, Lentiai, Quero, Segusino, Valdobbiadene.
