Venkatapuram also known as Nugur Venkatapuram is a Mandal in Khammam district, Andhra Pradesh.since 1959 and earlier Venkatapuram used to be in Nugur Tehsil or Taluka of East Godavari District.,after formation of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
