Vila do Porto (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈvilɐ du ˈpoɾtu]) is a civil parish in the municipality of Vila do Porto, located in the island of Santa Maria, in the Portuguese autonomous region of Azores. The parish has a population of 2997 in 2001, its density is 116 inhabitants/km² and a total area of 25.63 km². Vila do Porto is the southernmost and the easternmost town in the archipelago of Azores.

Not to be confused with the municipality of Vila do Porto, the oldest parish in the Azores includes two areas: a zone below the Matriz Church, that conforms to the medieval roads and village, and a more recent area that has developed along new roadways over a plain (incorporating the Airport barrio) divided by two river-valleys (the São Francisco and Sancho).
