Vilamar is a Portuguese civil parish in the municipality of Cantanhede (Portugal), with 6.20 square kilometers in area and 770 inhabitants (2001). Density: 124.2 inhabitants / km².

The seat is about eleven kilometers from Cantanhede (Portugal), approximately 7 kilometers from Mira (Portugal) (in the Atlantic coast), and no more than 35 kilometers from Aveiro to the north and Figueira da Foz to the south.
