Villa Moda is a Kuwaiti luxury department store, featuring fashion and clothing items from top designers. Villa Moda was founded by Sheikh Majed Al-Sabah, the 35-year-old nephew of Kuwait's Amir.

Villa Moda's new premises is a 100,000 square-foot (9,300 square meter) glass-cube emporium, overlooking the Persian Gulf. Designed by the Italian architect Pierfrancesco Cravel, the building is a glass box divided internally into fashion "aquariums." There are ten stand-alone brand-specific areas including those for Gucci, Fendi, and Ferragamo, along with Vertu, the luxury communications company, and two multi-brand shops.

After nine years of success in the fashion business, Al-Sabah made plans for expansion in 1998 with a bigger Villa Moda concept in mind. Villa Moda Shuwaikh was opened its doors on April 21, 2002.
