He is currently the CEO of Toppy Company (Hong Kong) Limited, a garment company in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. [edit] Political career

Vincent Fang is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, elected by the wholesale & retail industry to represent them. A member of Liberal Party,[1] Vincent Fang is also among the lawmakers most absent when it comes to voting.

In April 2010, his suggestion that the minimum wage should be set at 20HK$ per hour drew fire both from the public and from his own party.[2] His statement made a case for those in the community who criticize functional constituency lawmakers as disconnected from the worries and realities of the public at large.
