The Vindicator is one of the five Phlebiac Brothers that work for Malebolgia in the Eighth Circle Of Hell. The Vindicator was originally seen in issue #8 of Spawn guiding Billy Kincaid through Hell after he had been killed by Spawn. He introduced Kincaid to his new symbiotic Hellspawn suit which morphed onto him. He was later seen with the rest of the Phlebiac Brothers, helping to kill Spawn.
