The Virginia 529 College Savings 250 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series stock car race that takes place at Richmond International Raceway in Richmond, Virginia. It is held the night before the Sprint Cup Series race, the Federated Auto Parts 400. It is sponsored by the Virginia 529 college savings plan. The 2013 race was the 1,000th Xfinity race held.[1] Kyle Busch is the most recent winner of the event.
