Vista Center is a census-designated place and unincorporated area located within Jackson Township, in Ocean County, New Jersey. As of the United States 2010 Census, the CDP population was 2,095.

Vista Center is located at 40°9′34″N 74°19′23″W / 40.15944°N 74.32306°W (40.159360, -74.322931).[3]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 9.0 km² (3.5 mi²). 8.9 km² (3.5 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.86%) is water.

As of the census[1] of 2010, there were 2,095 people and 875 households residing in the CDP. The racial makeup of the CDP was 93.6% White, 3.3% African American, 0.1% American Indian or Alaskan Natives, 2.6% Asian, 0.0% Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islanders, 0.2% from other races, and 0.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino ethnicity made up 5.3% of the population.
In the township the population was spread out with 12.1% under the age of 18, 87.9% aged 18 and over, 4.6% aged 20 to 24, 4.7% from 25 to 34, 13.3% aged 35 to 49, 34.0% aged 50 to 64, and 32.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The CDP was made up of 49.1% males and 50.9% females. The median age was 59.7 years.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $100,337, and the median income for a family was $101,125. Males had a median income of $50,156 versus $25,938 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $29,620. None of the families and 1.1% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
