Vladislav Kotromanić (Cyrillic: Владислав Котроманић) was a 14th-century acting regent of medieval Bosnia, from September 1353 to his death in 1354. He was co-regent (Prince) with his brother, Stephen II, Ban of Bosnia, 1326–53.

He was the son of Stephen I, Ban of Bosnia, and Elizabeth of Serbia. He had four brothers and two sisters.[1] Vladislaus was married to Jelena Šubić of the Croatian Šubić noble family. After his death, he was succeeded by his son Tvrtko I.
