Voice Operator Panel (VOP) is a professional SIP softphone for operators and receptionists with Outlook/LDAP/XMPP/MSN/CRM integration, built-in web browser and e-mailer.

VOP provides a software switchboard and attendant console solution.

VOP can be used as a standalone softphone or combined with any analog or VoIP slave phone to handle calls.

VOP offers a fully customizable workspace with the same skins than the Microsoft Office Suite.

VOP also supports natively (without any driver installation) several USB phones and their full range of keys with on/off hook detection.

VOP is 100% SIP compliant, it has been validated with Cirpack, Communigate, Enswitch, PBXnSIP, 3CX, Asterisk, sipXecs, OpenSIPS.

VOP has a CRM feature which allows for screen pops of customer data based on the incoming call id or calling name. This is a great feature for call center applications, from one to many users. This is a unique value proposition as most applications of this type are developed for large costly call centers.

Additionally, VOP allows for the addition of an additional directory for placement of Called Numbers with Names so Users can see who is being called so calls can be answered with the correct greeting in Multi-Tenant applications.
