WBIS (1190 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a News Talk Information format. Licensed to Annapolis, Maryland, USA, the station serves the Baltimore, Maryland area. The station is currently owned by Nations Radio, LLC and features programing from CNN Radio and CBS Radio.
On October 29, 2008, Leesburg, Virginia-based WAGE received a permit to move to 1190 kHz as well as to raise its power to 50 kW. Once WAGE moves to 1190, WBIS will be forced to shut down. However, it is not known when these changes will be made.
