A Web Integrated Development Environment (WIDE), also known as a Cloud IDE, is an Integrated Development Environment that facilitates developers to work online using web based tools.
WIDE is going to be the future of IDEs to facilitate the developers with the strength of Cloud Computing. Cloud computing is going to discourage the behavior of downloading heavy tools on local machines for development purpose, hence encouraging enterprises to come up with Web Based IDEs.
