The Texas Wranglers is a basketball team in the United Basketball League in Dallas, Texas. Their inaugural season was in November 2006 when they played in the American Basketball Association.

In March 2006, the franchise was announced as an expansion team for the 2006-07 season. Wranglers head coaches Ozzie Denson and Toni Oppliger announced the practice and game venues at their second press conference on July 13. League games are scheduled to take place at the Deering Center gym of Reicher Catholic High School, a TAPPS Class 4A parochial school in Waco, Texas. The team has been and will continue to practice at the Texas State Technical College gymnasium.
In February 2007 they announced that they would begin play in the UBL for the inaugural 2008 season.
