Wainwright Middle School is a middle school in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It houses grades 6-8. The current principal is Neal McCutcheon. The school's colors are blue and white, and the mustang is the school's mascot. Wainwright's athletic rivals are Southwestern Middle School and Wea Ridge Middle School.

Wainwright originally was a high school (grades 9-12) before McCutcheon High School was built. After that, Wainwright became a Jr. High School (grades 7-9). It became a middle school (grades 6-8) shortly after.Then they changed it to (grades 5-8). The school's land was donated by Fay O. Wainwright. John Beeker, current McCutcheon High School principal, once was the principal of this school. Scott Hanback, current Tippecanoe School Corporation Superintendent was a former Wainwright Principal.

Wainwright has a Football Team, Basketball team, Volleyball team, Wrestling Team, Cheer Leading Squad, and Track team.
