Wakefield, Pennsylvania is a small unincorporated community and census-designated place located within Fulton Township in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It is located at the junction of Pennsylvania Route 272 and U.S. Route 222. As of the 2010 census the population was 609 residents.
