Warren Township is one of fourteen townships in Clinton County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 634.

Originally part of Jackson Township, Warren was made a separate township in 1834. The first settler in the area was A. F. Whiteman who located on Section 23 in 1830.[3]
