Waterfall Bay (Chinese: 瀑布灣, Jyutping: buk6 bou3 waan1, Pinyin: Pùbùwān) is a bay on the coast of Wah Fu Estate, Southern District, Hong Kong.

It is long believed that the waterfall attracted British ships coming to Hong Kong to fetch fresh water after long journey. Some stated that this water was so sweet that the harbour it flowed into also turned sweet, thus gave rise to the name "Hong Kong", meaning "fragrant harbour" in Chinese based on the pronunciation in Cantonese. This theory, however, is less credible than others.
