Wayne Township Fire Department (WTFD) is an urban fire department in the west/southwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Until its recent change to a mixed paid/volunteer force, it claimed to be the largest all-volunteer fire department in the U.S., second largest in the world.[citation needed]
