[edit] History

The Wendy’s franchise network of ice cream retail stores was founded in Adelaide, South Australia on July 31, 1979. This company is sometimes mistaken for a subsidiary of Wendy's, the North American fast food restaurant chain, though it is in no way related to that company.

In 2006, the chain was purchased by Navis Capital.

[edit] Products

Wendy's sells a variety of products including hot dogs, scoop cones, frozen yoghurt, soft serve kids cones and mega shakes.[4] Wendy's also sell a variety of ice cream cakes.[4] Wendy's have "flavour of the month" ice cream and often offer customers a sample of ice cream while they wait for their order to be made.
