Wendy Allison Braun (born April 5, 1970) is an American film and television actress.
Braun was born in Northbrook, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. She began acting at age 12, where she performed in many school plays. She graduated early from Indiana University to pursue an acting career in Hollywood. She became a professional dancer and spent a summer performing in Monte Carlo, alongside artists Stevie Wonder, Barry White and Natalie Cole. Soon after, she starred in several award-winning film festival hits. Film producer Ivan Reitman spotted her in two films from the festival and cast her in the 2001 movie Evolution, featuring David Duchovny. Braun has starred in many television shows and films since then.[1]
