[edit] Facilities

Werribee is located between Comben Drive and Manly Street, with station access from both via an underpass at the Flinders Street end of the station.

The station consists of an island layout and side platform; Platform 1 & 2 has a large steel canopy, while platform 3 has a large old brick building, which was the original station before the construction of the underpass and platforms 1 & 2.

The underpass beneath the station contains the station's ticket office, a large Metcard ticket vending machine and a mock Comeng train, which is used as a cafe. A small coin-only Metcard ticket vending machine is located at the entrance to platform 3, as well as inside the underpass.

The Western standard gauge line to Adelaide is adjacent to the west of the station.
