West Hyattsville is a Washington Metro station in Prince George's County, Maryland on the Green Line. It is the first station in Maryland going northeast on the Green Line.

The station is in Hyattsville. "Chillum" was originally to be the station's name. It is located at 2700 Hamilton Street, near the west side of Ager Road and the north side of Queens Chapel Road. Service began on December 11, 1993.

West Hyattsville is one of only two stations that are elevated with side platforms. Eisenhower Avenue on the Yellow Line is the other. Arlington Cemetery on the Blue Line, Cheverly on the Orange Line, and Prince George's Plaza on the Green Line also contain side platforms, though these stations are at ground level.

West Hyattsville served 1.246m riders annually as of 2006.[1]
