Whitley Warriors are an ice hockey team based in Whitley Bay in the north east of England. Founded in 1955 as the Bees, they changed their name to the Braves and then finally the Warriors. They currently play in the English National Hockey League. They also compete in newly formed Northern Ice Hockey League (NIHL).

Whitley Warriors are currently Champions of English National Division one North and also English National Division one North playoff champions 2009-10. They are currently Champions of English National Division one North, season 2010-11. They are currently on a 23 unbeaten streak only dropping three points in three draws against the Blackburn Hawks, the Coventry ENL Blaze and the TDC Nortern Stars. This makes them the first team ever in the history of the English National Hockey League to retain the league title back to back seasons.

A tournament for the release of the new NIHL called "The Face-off" was held at the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena on the 28 and 29 August 2010. The Whitley Warriors made it through to the final against the Solway Sharks and after a nail biting game the Warriors pulled it back after going down 1-0 after the first period. The Warriors equalised with a goal from Martin Crammond and moments later took a 2-1 lead courtesy of Callum Watson. The Sharks pulled their netminder but could not tie the game up, making Whitley the tournament winners.

Their home arena is Whitley Bay Ice Rink.
