A whore code is a small chunk of HTML used with social networking websites - its purpose being to facilitate the "adding" of the user as a "friend". Users often post this code on many websites in order to extend their reach in collecting large numbers of "friends".
Whore codes typically consist of a picture of the user and a small quantity of text to act as a lure, one or both of which is a hyperlink to the "add" page of the social networking website.
