[edit] Requests

- Anybody can translate some of the great German entry for cuarteto?
- Help clean up and correct the articles about the Dirty War and CONADEP, which have been thoroughly and controversially edited. —Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 01:40, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- Drug issues in Argentina and/or Drug culture in Argentina. Would include, for example, the influence of glue-sniffing on poor youth, names given to drugs in Argentina (paco, porro, raviol...) and mapping of usage, both geographical and socio-economic. A tall order I know... elpincha 14:27, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
- Portal:Argentina is in need of maintenance. Selected article and selected picture pages for the month need to be added. I can try to help but I do not have the time to be the only maintainer, though I would certainly help. More importantly, as I do not live in Argentina, I am a little removed from current events and information. Somebody local can help with this, or at least point me to interesting articles to post in the portal to keep it lively. It does not have to be changed every day as the main page is, but periodically (say once-a-month) would be nice. If somebody points me to good and relevant info I would format and post it. Any volunteers to help? (You can post a message in my Talk page or send me email if you wish) -- Alexf42 12:29, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- Omar Chaban needs updating. 99.235.50.137 (talk) 08:28, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I would include in the list of user elpincha the magazine Tía Vicenta.--Darius (talk) 02:33, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
- There are two articles for the same topic: Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo and Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo which should be merged. --Ephraim33 (talk) 08:05, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
- Done. -- Alexf(talk) 13:57, 7 September 2010 (UTC)

[edit] Photo requests
Hi! I have some photo requests:
Thank you, WhisperToMe (talk) 01:01, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- Could someone who knows Piazzolla's life and work please take a look at this edit in María de Buenos Aires. It's certainly not good English, and it's uncited. If it's factually correct, it should be copy edited; if not it should be reverted. I have no idea which. I figure someone here can help. - Jmabel | Talk 06:41, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
- I really do not believe that "José Domingo Molina Gómez" is a real historical character, yet he is supposed to be a former Argentine president, not only here, but in Spanish, French and Italian wikipedia as well. Thank YouKeNNy (talk) 18:18, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Stub types
New stub templates have been created for each of Argentina's provinces. Feel free to tag articles with them, and once each is applied to 60 articles, WikiProject Stub sorting will create a category for it. Cheers, Her Pegship (tis herself) 14:52, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
The A-Class review for Rivadavia class battleship is now open; all editors are invited to participate, and any input there would be appreciated! Thanks! —Ed (talk • majestic titan) 00:31, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
[edit] Naming convention
There is a discussion at Talk:Córdoba Province (Argentina)#Requested move relevant to the naming of it and several other provinces, and also to the naming of corresponding members of Category:Provinces of Argentina and to Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names)#Argentina. Input from this WikiProject is appropriate and would be welcome. Andrewa (talk) 01:51, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
