"156 Tests and led Australia in 93 Tests." No need to repeat Tests
"He holds the record for making the most number of consecutive appearances (153 matches) as a player in Tests"
"and was one of the 55 initial inductees
"In ODI cricket, border" B on Border needs to capitalised
"and led Australia" perhaps be specific: "captained"...?
" different cricket grounds" I don't think you need "cricket" here.
"and batted till the close of the innings" looks to me, since he was an opener, that he carried his bat.
Carrying his bat refers to an instance where an opening batsman remains at the crease even after all the ten players have been dismissed. That's not the case here. —Vensatry(Ping me) 08:22, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
You have won, lost and drawn in the key, but not tied?
Refs need en-dash check in date ranges etc, avoid spaced/unspaced hyphens.
I guess that's not particular to this final alone. He might have been awarded the title based on his performances in all the three finals put together. Unless it's specific to a particular game like MoM, I don't think we should add it. —Vensatry(Ping me) 14:45, 7 January 2013 (UTC)
