- We need there to be proof that others can confirm that the image has been released to the public domain. The easiest way would be for the copyright holder to create a file on the website called copyright.htm, and here make a statement that you release the image http://www.mitchfatel.dreamhost.com/myspace/magical.jpg to the public domain. Alternatively you could release the image on a free creative commons license such as CC-BY-SA-3.0 via a text in the same file. Also please consider releasing a higher resolution image, 250 pixels is not very big! Also a good picture of the man would be good to make available too. anaglyph stereogram[edit]
Description: An originally random-dot stereogram edited by myself for use with 3D glasses. Now it can be viewed by ordinary people that can't see stereograms. It's also the best image I've seen so far to demonstrate the 3D effect created by anaglyph images. Red-Cyan glasses are required!

Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: Anything containing "anaglyph" for demonstration, and anything containing "stereogram" to show them to ppl that can't see them. Because I haven't ever seen combining stereograms with anaglyph effect. Because it allows ppl to see stereograms who cannot and because it's perfect to demonstrate anaglyph 3D images since other anaglyph images like photos can be seen without glasses. - Because your image is a derivative, we need proof that the original picture as well as your is under a free license. Well, the 1st part is not a problem, I also allow that CC-BY-SA 3.0 and everything else you need, since this is why I made the picture. But the original picture is 3 years old already. I've sent a mail to them 2 days ago to ask them to publish my stuff there, and I've even sent them the psd source, and "allowed everything" in my mail. Well, for the 2nd part, I think it's fair use, because the original image was there with a free education purpose, and because by changing the method of viewing, it's technically not a "stereogram" anymore, but only a "random-dot anaglyph" image. So I think it's like making a video of something sby have set up to take a photo from it. Well, I'm not so sure, so I need your help. Anyway I can do this with any stereogram in 5 mins, so if this isn't suitable, I'll just have to find a suitable one somehow. Thanks for your help! MoZo1 (talk) 19:30, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
