[edit] Buildings
- Archers Hall, Edinburgh for Royal Company of Archers, and The Meadow would also be good while you are there. Thank you --Koakhtzvigad (talk) 14:26, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
- Boot house (concrete prefab house built by Boot construction between WWI and WWII) in the United Kingdom: corner angle would be nice. – 74 09:10, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
- Would this be regarded as a boot house? File:Saltaire-Bradford-UK-Titus-Street-View-towards-George-St-Ada-St-Helen-St-Mary-St-1.JPG.
- The page on St. Titus has no picture. An ideal one would be the icon from Basilica of St. Titus in Gortys, Crete. A decent exterior shot would also allow an article about the building itself. De Guerre (talk) 04:31, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
- Western Savings and Loan - A good photo of the building on Central & Osborn in Phoenix was removed due to having no license. Please add a good photo of the financial center.
- Kashi Vishwanath Temple - an earlier photo was removed as an alleged copyvio (though there may have been an OK fair use claim). Currently the article has no photo of the building. Tempshill 23:33, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
- China National Petroleum Corporation headquarters - In Beijing, address: No.6 Liupukang road, Xicheng District. Aditreeslime 01:19, 9 August 2007 (UTC) (in Varanasi 25°20′00″N 83°00′00″E / 25.3333°N 83°E)
- [[1]] I would much appreciate some good images showing mechanical details of - specifically - the Amstel Tower windmill. I can find an image showing the front of the mill, but details are not brilliant and nowhere can I find images of the mechanics of turning the cap - which are at the rear of the mill and also up on the skirt. I would also like to see better details of the doors and windows in these mills - Tower mills especially, where only the cap and sails are turned in to the wind, not the entire post.

- Malacañang Palace — It turns out all the "PD" photos from the Philippine Government are actually noncommercial-permissiononly! As such, all three photos of Malacanang are at best fair use and at worst outright copyright violations. Anyone think they could get a shot of it to replace the ones there now? 68.39.174.238 06:21, 13 December 2006 (UTC) (in Manila 14°35′59″N 120°58′52″E / 14.5997°N 120.9812°E)

- Research and Analysis Wing for more clarity, the building is on Lodhi Road, New Delhi, for ref or the angle of pic one can visit

- Sears Tower — Yes, I know the article has three pictures of it and commons has a few more. However, two on the article are not free images and the third image — GFDL'ed — is small. Surely someone is in the Chicago area that can take a high-res picture of it during a clear day? Cburnett 00:21, 20 July 2006 (UTC) (41°52′44″N 87°38′09″W / 41.8789°N 87.6358°W)
- Buttress. All the photos in this article are of ancient or Neogothic examples, but the text says that buttresses are still used. How about a photo of a buttress in a recent building? --Heron 20:49, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

- Wal-Mart Headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. There's plenty of photos of discount stores and supercenters in the Wal-Mart article, but the article could use a good photo of the main corporate headquarters building/campus, specifically in the corporate governance section. - For Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, could someone in Vancouver get a picture of the CBC Regional Broadcast Centre at 700 Hamilton Street? -- Denelson83 23:38, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- For Alexander Duncan McRae I would like to find photos of Hycroft, the house he built at 1486 McRae Ave, Vancouver (like these ones) which should be easy enough for someone in Vancouver. Would also like one of Eaglecrest Lodge (like this one) at Qualicum Beach, British Columbia which burned down years ago. KenWalker | Talk 02:55, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

- HP Foods factory for [HP Sauce]] in Birmingham - apparently a major landmark, currently being demolished. Can we get a Wikipedia photo before it is flattened? --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 21:09, 14 October 2007 (UTC) Already demolished. It is too late - anyone have it in their portfolio? --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 07:15, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- CITY-TV could use a real-life picture of the famous CityTV mural, which I hear will be removed soon, if anyone lives in the GTA and has a camera, could someone easily run town the Gardiner and go down to the CHUM-City build-I mean the MuchMusic World Headquarters or whatever they call it now and take us a snapshot? I am getting a picture of it deleted with the Replaceable Fair Use Images rule. ViperSnake151 01:32, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- The now-gone VR warehouses in Helsinki, Finland. Currently there are pictures only of the blazing fire and the demolition, which are not really informative. ›mysid (☎∆) 14:16, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
- A photo of the Consulate-General of Japan in Honolulu would be nice. Also a photo of the entrance and/or sign of the Consulate General of Canada in Buffalo would be good too. For the Buffalo one take the elevator to the floor with the consulate and photograph the sign indicating the consulate's presence. WhisperToMe (talk) 02:56, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Site plans
- Olympia, Greece would really benefit from a site plan showing the locations of the key buildings and monuments. There are plenty on the web [6], [7], [8], [9], but of course none of these are free use (although no. 2 looks suspiciously likes it stolen from my A-level textbook). Anybody fancy having a go recreating one of these for me?Madmedea 23:31, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
