Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/File

This page is used to submit (file) a request for formal mediation, and should be used with Wikipedia:Requests for mediation#File open in an adjacent tab in your browser.

Explanatory note (please read)

Request pages are created on subpages of Wikipedia:Requests for mediation. The box below is used to create a request page that is preloaded with the format that you must use to request formal mediation.

Once you generate the request subpage, some information about the dispute must be entered; this is explained in a box at the top of the request page. For assistance, e-mail the Committee through User:Mediation Committee or ask at Wikipedia talk:Requests for mediation.

Instructions

Replace the capitalised text of the box below with the name of the article your dispute concerns.

For instance, for a dispute about the Swimming article, you would type Swimming at the end of the text (such that the text in the box below reads Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Swimming). Guidance on picking a name for your request is at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Guide#Naming.
