Administrator instructions

Welcome. Please note that this page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
Shortcuts:

Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions or rejected Articles for creation drafts), or in "articles for deletion" debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page.

Note that requests for undeletion is not a replacement for deletion review. If you feel an administrator has erred in closing a deletion discussion or in applying a speedy deletion criterion, please contact them directly. If you discuss but are unable to resolve the issue on their talk page, it should be raised at Wikipedia:Deletion review, rather than here.

This is a notable business with many reviews. There are many good citations -Seanusf (talk) 08:04, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

@Seanusf:Yes check.svg Done - as a contested proposed deletion, the article has been restored on request. I will notify users Soulparadox (talk) and Safiel (talk), who proposed it, and who may choose to nominate it at WP:Articles for deletion, which would start a debate lasting seven days to which you would be welcome to contribute. In order to establish Wikipedia:Notability, the article needs references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." JohnCD (talk) 11:54, 20 November 2014 (UTC)
Hello JohnCD (talk), the restoration was requested by someone connected to the company, as can be seen from Seanusf (talk) Talk page, as he tried to write an article on Hopwood in 2009. This may also be his YouTube channel. There are no other significant sources available on the Internet that are independent of the subject—as I explained before, the majority of the ones used in the original article were written by Hopwood himself. I subsequently placed a speedy deletion notice on the page. Regards,--Soulparadox (talk) 01:52, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Adam Shulman[edit]

Article was soft deleted for failing WP:GNG but we make it a redirect to Anne_Hathaway#Relationships as Shulman is her husband. I found this title as #39 on WP:TOPRED, FWIW. Also please let me know if it was unnecessary to go through this process. Thanks. -Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 01:23, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

  • @Biosthmors: If you want to make it into a redirect then I doubt anyone would really stop you- I don't see why it shouldn't be a redirect to the applicable section in her article. I'm not quite sure if you're asking for permission to create a redirect or if you're asking for the article's history to be restored. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:06, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
    • @Tokyogirl79:. I was wondering if I needed to ask here to create the redirect, which I guess not. Thanks. I've created the redirect. Best. Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 20:27, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Marvin Zelen[edit]

Marvin Zelen (Harvard School of Public Health biostatistics professor) recently died; he was a contributor to biostatistics beyond the Zelen's design, into which the Marvin Zelen article had been redirected or merged. http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/news/features/in-memoriam-prof-marvin-zelen-a-tremendous-force-in-biostatistics/ In memoriam: Prof. Marvin Zelen, a ‘tremendous force’ in biostatistics AND http://statistics.fas.harvard.edu/event/symposium-marvin-zelen HSPH Department of Statistics Symposium: Marvin Zelen I would like it to be userfied (to MY userpage so that I could work on it and develop it. -MaynardClark (talk) 01:55, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

  • @MaynardClark: I looked at the redirect and I can't see where there was ever an article. It looks like it'd always been a redirect to Zelen's design. Usually there's some sort of trace left behind in either the redirect or the main article, but I can't find any in this instance. However there's no reason why you can't make a new article for him, if he is notable for more than this one design. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 04:59, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
  • X mark.svg Not done No history to restore and with no response from @MaynardClark: since his initial request on the 21st, I'll just go ahead and close this. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 06:02, 25 November 2014 (UTC)

polygyny[edit]

We added a significant amount of information to the Polygyny page, which was polygyny in animals. We received a message that one of our images was not copyrighted and intend to fix it. We need the deleted material to be put back, so that we can replace the un-copyrighted image with a copyrighted one. -Bio267 (talk) 02:33, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

  • @Bio267: There was nothing deleted from the page itself- there's no deleted history or anything that you couldn't restore by reverting a history. The only thing that I've seen that was deleted was the image File:Gorilla Harem.jpg, which was deleted due to a lack of licensing information. What this means is that when you uploaded it you didn't state if the image was yours, where it came from, or so on. Please understand that copyright does extend to photos and that you must have permission to upload the photograph to Wikipedia. This means that the photo must have some sort of creative commons licensing, be something of your own creation, or be something that could be argued as fair use. As far as replacing the image goes, there's no reason why you can't just re-upload the image and fill out the appropriate licensing information in the upload wizard. But again, make sure that your image falls within the acceptable use guidelines for Wikipedia! Even if you do credit the photo to the artist, if the image is not considered to be fair use or is in the CC, the image will still be deleted. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 04:46, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
  • (ec) @Bio267: Are you sure you know what you're asking? If you own the copyright, you need to contact OTRS with a declaration of permission to distribute with an acceptable free license, and that permission should be sent from a verifiable address belonging to the copyright holder. See WP:CONSENT for details.
Also, who is "we"? ~Amatulić (talk) 04:49, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Ashneel J Prasad[edit]

I, 125.238.182.103, request the undeletion of this Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13. Please restore the page as I intend to work on it. 125.238.182.103 (talk) 05:17, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done I'm sorry, but the article was very, very promotional in tone, to the point where the entire article would need to be re-written in order to meet neutrality guidelines. It also doesn't help that the only source that was even remotely usable was this link- the others were all "letters to the editor" that Prasad had written to the Fiji Times. Those cannot be used to assert notability in the slightest, since they were all just letters that Prasad wrote. I also don't see where the awards are so major that they would really give notability per Wikipedia's guidelines, at least not to where those awards would give absolute notability. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:05, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Phyllis McCrady[edit]

I, Cgoodale1, request the undeletion of this Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13. Please restore the page as I intend to work on it. Cgoodale1 (talk) 06:02, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done I'm very concerned over the tone, as it's not only promotional but it also gives off the impression that it's a copyright violation, as it really reads like you took this from an official website or press release. I can't quite shake this concern to where I'd really restore the article. It also doesn't help that there's a similarly promotional copyvio-esque type blurb for an unrelated person in the same space. I don't have any issue with you making a new AfC article for her, though. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:08, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
  • A further search just showed that the section about the artist Deborah Maron was a copyright violation from this place. This kind of cements my concerns that the section about McCrady was also a copyright violation, so I'm sorry- we cannot restore copyrighted material. Please re-write the article in your own words, in a neutral point of view. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:10, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Frank L. Hoffman[edit]

I had worked extensively on the Frank L. Hoffman page. I would like it restored and userfied to my profile page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MaynardClark/... so I can make it a good article. The deletion was for notability reasons, but I think I can store it as a draft in my profile until I can establish what is needed to qualify by Wikipedia standards. -MaynardClark (talk) 06:24, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

  • @MaynardClark: As long as @Mojo Hand: has no issue with it, I don't have any strong issues with moving it to your userspace. The only thing is that even if Mojo agrees to let you userfy the material, you will still need to ask him if the article meets notability guidelines and/or go through deletion review (as articles deleted via AfD cannot be restored via RfU) before you restore it to the mainspace. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:01, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
  • @MaynardClark: - I am willing to restore the article to you userspace. However, I think you need to consider the possibility that the subject may simply not meet our notability guidelines. I see that you already put a lot of work on the article, and it seems like you made a good effort with the sources that were available. While I don't want to discourage you, I think you need to be realistic that you may not find the kind of sources that would establish notability at Wikipedia. That being said, if you still want to try, I will restore and userfy.--Mojo Hand (talk) 17:28, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
  • @Mojo Hand: - What needs to be does for the restoration of the Frank L. Hoffman article to my userspace?? MaynardClark (talk) 23:40, 26 November 2014 (UTC)

Yes check.svg Done, as a WP:SOFTDELETE, this is similiar to restoration by request after a WP:PROD delete. ~Amatulić (talk) 20:56, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
Also, @Allaboutevetm: None of those sources you list above are sufficient for establishing notability. IMDB isn't, Wikia isn't, Wikipedia isn't, personal Facebook page isn't, directory listings and youtube videos aren't. Please review WP:RS. The article will be deleted again if the sources do not improve. ~Amatulić (talk) 21:02, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
Indeed, Looking at the links you have provided, and referring to the problems in order:
IMDB is not a reliable source; Primary source and not useable for establishing notability; Primary source and not useable for establishing notability; Youtube is not a reliable source; Not a reliable source; Not a reliable source; TVguide = reliable, presumably; Interview, considered a primary source and not useable for establishing notability; Not a reliable source; Not a reliable source; Wikipedia is not a reliable source (x4); ?; Vimeo is not a reliable source; not a reliable source; ?.
Unless you can provide reliable, third party sources that establish notability then the article is very likely to be deleted again. - The Bushranger One ping only 21:48, 21 November 2014 (UTC)

Talk:List of largest known nebulae/workpage[edit]

It is a workpage, not appropriate for G2 test deletion, as it is a place to gather data before placing it into the main article. It was properly marked with the {{workpage}} template, and was properly linked to from the main talk page, so was not orphaned. It was considerably less than 1-year old, so cannot be considered inactive. The associated article is under discussion at WT:AST, as needing work, so not having a workpage is not convenient. -67.70.35.44 (talk) 05:59, 22 November 2014 (UTC)

  • Comment: This suffered from the same issues as the one below. It only had the information "Nebula illuminated by quasar UM287 - 460 kiloparsecs (1.5 Mly) - (2005) [1][2][3]" and it was left pretty much like that until the following day, when someone nominated it for deletion. It may not have been inactive per se, but I can see where it was tagged as a test page. I'm not against restoring it, but I do have to echo my concerns in the below section that subpages are usually quickly made and quickly forgotten in many instances. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:21, 22 November 2014 (UTC)
  • It wasn't lost in the mix, since I linked to it from the main talk page, thus clearly linked to, and nor orphaned. WP:AFC is the incorrect process to use since List of largest known nebulae exists, and AFC is for articles that do not exist. It was meant to organize more than just my contributions, as the article was already being discussed at the WikiProject. I was going to work on it intermittantly, so when I entered the pagename to work on it, I found it deleted. If the subpage location cannot be used, can DRAFT-namespace be used for this purpose? (though it isn't a draft, it's a workspace; but I have noticed some registered users using DRAFT for just that purpose, as a workspace, and others as a draft-holding space for replacing current articles with newer revisions) Talk subpages already exist for edit histories, talk archives, nomination pages, etc, so it would seem to be the proper location to place such content. -- 67.70.35.44 (talk) 05:30, 23 November 2014 (UTC)

  • Comment: There really isn't anything to restore. The only usable content was the phrase "The largest should be the angular size of the night sky phenomenon, the Milky Way (ie. river of stars)". Other than that, it was just a group of headings and subheadings. Besides that, I would really recommend that you create an account and make any workspace edits in your userspace. If you do not want to sign up for an account then WP:AfC is always an option. What I think hurt the workpage is that you made a few edits on November 9th, but then essentially left it as a one sentence stub. It was marked for deletion the following day and wasn't deleted for a few hours. My big thing is that I know that subpages are sort of discouraged nowadays because many people don't know that they exist and they're pretty easily forgotten/abandoned. It's not that I don't want to restore it, but just that I can see where it was deleted as a test page: there was only one sentence on the page and other than a few initial edits, there hadn't been any other edits to the page for at least a day. That's kind of par for the course. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:18, 22 November 2014 (UTC)
  • It wasn't lost in the mix, since I linked to it from the main talk page, thus clearly linked to, and nor orphaned. WP:AFC is the incorrect process to use since List of largest known galaxies exists, and AFC is for articles that do not exist. I've been asking for Skyflubber (talk · contribs) to post his (I expect. unorganized) list of some 300 galaxies that he says he found that are larger than the smaller entries on the current list, so there should be somewhere to place them while rewriting them into a proper table format, prior to adding it to the current table, without needing unformatted entries to be added, and potentially hundreds of edits to format each entry on a live article page. So it was meant to organize more than just my contributions, as the article was already being discussed at the WikiProject. I was going to work on it intermittantly, so when I entered the pagename to work on it, I found it deleted. If the subpage location cannot be used, can DRAFT-namespace be used for this purpose? Dr. Sai Kumar Ramanujam[edit]

Dr. Sai Kumar Ramanujam is a very well known Scientist in India, retired Director of DHM. He has recieved so many awards. He passed away all of a sudden. World should know what a great scientist he was. I can proove is credentials with photographs and Citations that he has recieved from Government of India. He recieved life time achievement award from the Central Minister of India. Please give me a chance to create the page. I can proove all of his credentials. and then click the "Save page" button below -Ramanujamsaipriya (talk) 07:35, 22 November 2014 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done This was deleted per WP:G11 as unambiguous promotion. Using sentences like "He was known as a person with tremedous will-power and dedication" come across as very promotional or at the very least, they are so casually written that this article would have to be completely re-written in order to meet the neutral point of view guidelines. He does appear to be notable, so there's no reason as to why you cannot create a new article. I'd suggest that since you are fairly new at editing, that you create it in your userspace or in the draftspace at User:Ramanujamsaipriya/Sai Kumar Ramanujam. I would also heavily recommend that you join our India WikiProject (WP:INDIA), as they can help you with finding (and judging) sources and basic editing. I especially recommend seeking their help with sources as you'd have to ensure that you have sources that are independent of Ramanujam himself and are in reliable places. The issue with sources that originated in India is that many English language search engines do not properly display results, so people like myself might not be able to immediately find search results unless we know how to manipulate Google to display better results. The people at WP:INDIA usually have specific ways to search for results that can be pretty beneficial. They won't do all of the work for you, but they can be very helpful. You do seem to be proficient in English, but this does not appear to be your first language and I'd like for you to have access to people who would potentially speak/read/write in your native language in case there are things requiring more explanation. The article is deleted per G11: Unambiguous advertising or promotion and G12: Unambiguous copyright infringement of http://www.adanja-polak.com/en/homepage/. • X mark.svg Not done I reviewed the material and it really comes across as fairly promotional in tone. It also kind of gives off the impression that it was taken from a press release or official website of some sort. You can feel free to write a new article, but I do have to say that I'm also somewhat uncertain that this topic (a specific system) is really all that notable. When I was looking to see if I could find any potential copyvio I noticed that there aren't any sources out there for this at all. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 23:28, 23 November 2014 (UTC)

I think that this is partially because the page seems to be entirely sourced and mostly taken from the official website. It's not taken so closely that it'd be a copyright violation, but it is pretty unambiguously promotional to the point where you will need to write a completely new version of the article from scratch. • I'm mighty tempted to decline this myself, but as I am somewhat involved with the page's deletion I'll refrain. What I can say is that the page was a huge WP:BLP violation. You can see some of the rationales for its removal here, here, and here. Its deletion had nothing to do with "covering up sex scandals" and was ultimately done because of potential legal issues. Wikipedia is WP:NOT the right place for stuff like this- we're not a soapbox for either side. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:50, 25 November 2014 (UTC)
  • Another thing to note is that many of the people listed on the page did their alleged acts off camera. Some made videos about it but others did not, so saying that it's specifically a YouTube sex scandal is kind of erroneous because the actions didn't occur on YouTube, they happened off YouTube. Basically, YouTube could come on and say that because of this specific element, tagging these as a YouTube sex scandal (which implies that YouTube was heavily involved) could be a BLP issue. The people on the list did get famous via YouTube, but that in and of itself doesn't mean that tagging these as a YouTube sex scandal is correct. The thing is, you've got to be careful about creating pages like this because of the potential legal issues and harm that it could cause on both sides. Again, Wikipedia isn't a place to use as a post board to keep track of every sleazeball that took advantage of their fame. Not only were most of the people on the page non-notable per Wikipedia's guidelines (meaning that they didn't have a page at all), but at least one of them didn't have an individual page at all and from what I remember of the page, the various allegations were covered on their page. We're not really trying to cover anything up- we just want to make sure that everything is covered in a way that wouldn't result in a policy violation. Pages have been know to be deleted with seconds of templates being applied, and 3) I don't mind undeletion, as it says on my user page (and I quote) "I realize that I am only human, and therefore I will inevitably make a mistake or two in exercising administrative privileges on Wikipedia. In light of this, I invite my fellow administrators to fix any mistake I make here on Wikipedia. I will not consider it wheel-warring if you reverse my admin actions as long as you leave me a civil note telling me what you've done and why and as long as you're open to discussion with me should I disagree. X mark.svg Not done. No, Wikipedia isn't "the right place" for people to "view your assets". Wikipedia is not a free web host for you to publish about yourself. Please use your own website for that, and you might want to read Wikipedia:Autobiography and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest before you argue further.
The article was quite evident that you were using Wikipedia for self-promotion and publicity. The article was deleted in accordance with WP:CSD#A7 and WP:CSD#G11, making it ineligible for restoration by request. Please talk to the deleting administrator Yunshui. • @Jessford18: I'm not automatically saying "no", but I am slightly concerned that there doesn't appear to be any true coverage of this guy out there. I just can't see where he has been the focus of independent and in-depth coverage in reliable sources. The article had plenty of WP:PRIMARY sources, but not anything that could be used to show notability. I'm just worried that even if we restore this, that it'd just end up being rejected again. Can you show where he's gained coverage in any reliable sources? Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:53, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

@Tokyogirl79 Here is some more coverage I found about his new book... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Spoilt-For-Choice-Eddie-King/dp/1500166332

I have submitted the IMDB page which outlines his filmography before and now have amazon page too.

I have seen som any wiki pages where there is even less information provided. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jessford18 (talkcontribs) 12:07, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

Lucid_3[edit]

This is a well known New Zealand band that have produced several albums. Though no longer performing together, they are an important part of New Zealand music history. -Rikko40 (talk) 02:44, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done I was going to restore this and I have no problem with you creating a new article, but I was slightly concerned at the somewhat promotional tone to the article and I then discovered that it appears to have had substantial parts taken from this page, among others. That makes it a copyright issue (as well as an unambiguous promotion issue, since it was taken from a bio intended to promote the band), so we can't really restore it to the mainspace. Feel free to make a new article if you want, although I will say that you will need to show coverage in reliable sources independent of the band or people representing them. If not, then the page will likely be put up for deletion again in some form or fashion. Just existing as a band and recording albums does not give automatic notability, so we will need coverage like news articles, reviews in reliable sources, and the like. • @Morticiansdaughterr: What article do you need restored? Is it Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Leda Muir (Ledamonsterbunny)? Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:29, 27 November 2014 (UTC)
  • X mark.svg Not done I'm going to assume that this is what you were asking for. In any case, I'm declining it for two reasons: the first is that the page was written in a tone that could be seen as fairly promotional in tone, as it's at best written from a fan's point of view. The second is that I can't find even a shred of coverage for her on the Internet, so I can't see where she'd ever pass Wikipedia's admittedly very strict guidelines for notability. Aside from that, I am concerned about her reasons for quitting YouTube: she was getting bullied fairly heavily. Given that there's really no coverage out there about her in reliable sources and the page was written like a fan page, I can't really see restoring something that is guaranteed not to pass notability guidelines anytime soon- especially since the person is no longer active, which makes it incredibly less likely that she'll gain that coverage anytime soon. That she apparently wanted to leave the Internet to avoid more bullying just sort of gives me an extra desire to ensure that there are no pages about her that could encourage further bullying (although this is mostly because she's non-notable per Wikipedia's guidelines). 3E Accounting[edit]

Created the page as the content could be informative. Content significance will be for companies and corporations looking for investment opportunities in Singapore. BTW, I am not a Singaporean or residing in Singapore and is not in the least linked to the company in question. I have heard about the Company a couple of times mentioned here in India, so I researched and came up with the content -12:01, 27 November 2014 (UTC)Chonchonr (talk)

Little Buddy and the Screamin' Meatflutes[edit]

This page is significant because (1) the band was a precursor to the Art Rock bands of Athens, GA; (2) several of the members are notable for their participation in other significant bands in Athens, GA; and (3) One member ran a recording studio in Athens, GA and recorded hundreds of Athens bands including REM, B-52's, Love Tractor, Vic Varney, John Berry, Kenny Rogers, Vic Chesnutt, Five-Eight, and future members of the John Mayer band, Sugarland, Over the Rhine, and many others. This article is meant to be a historical stub of future articles based around Robbie Collins, his bands and his recording studio. His master recordings are held in the Georgia Room Special Collections of the University of Georgia. -68.230.166.186 (talk) 14:01, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

That's all very nice, but all that matters here is, what criteria in WP:BAND does this band meet to merit an article here?

Indeed. A band is not automatically entitled to an article on Wikipedia just because they existed — the key to getting them over the bar is to actually cite real reliable sources (which the original article didn't) which verify that they pass one or more of the criteria listed at WP:BAND (the original article didn't make any claim that the band passed any of those either). It's certainly possible that the band might actually satisfy one or more of those criteria if the article were written and sourced better than it was, but what gets a band over WP:BAND is not the assertion of notability itself, but the quality of the sources that can be provided to verify the accuracy of the assertion.
And, for that matter, notability is not inherited, so the fact that Robbie Collins might be notable enough for an article doesn't automatically confer notability-by-association on every individual project he was involved in — and since he doesn't even have an article yet, it's impossible for anyone to assess his notability anyway.
So I'd suggest that your best path forward, instead of creating an unsourced article about every individual band Collins was involved in, would be to start off by writing a substantive and properly sourced article about Collins himself, which can mention Little Buddy and the Screamin' Meatflutes without necessarily needing to link to a separate article about them. And then maybe the band can be spun off to a separate article if there's enough sourcing that's specifically about them to properly support one. But he should come first, and then maybe the bands — not vice versa. Bearcat (talk) 21:38, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

Andy Hill, Music Supervisor[edit]

Please reconsider the recent deletion of the Wikipedia article about Andy Hill (Music Supervisor). The discussion indicates that the reasons for deletion have to do mostly with the "notability" requirement, and the tenor of the discussion thread further suggests a certain capricious "trollishness" that is troubling. The subject is certainly notable within his field, which is music for motion pictures. Ample references are provided to support the assertion of a Grammy Award win (2000-Compilation Producer, Best Musical Album for Children), and further verification can be found on the site of NARAS and on IMDb. Likewise with the subject's contribution to film music earning 9 Academy Awards (e.g., The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, Dick Tracy). I'm not sure what more has to be done within this field for one to qualify as "notable." Comments in the discussion thread such as, "This guy hasn't even done that much" such that the level of maturity brought to these deletion decisions is not as high as the Wikipedia standards require. Happy to discuss this case further. Thanks. Ghostrider51 -Ghostrider51 (talk) 01:51, 28 November 2014 (UTC)

X mark.svg Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Michig (talk · contribs). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kelly_Bateman/DataKom[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotiona; as it is purely informative, all of the sources have been gathered from the web, it is unfair that companies (such as BT) can have a Wikipedia page and lesser known companies cannot host a page which will help inform the general public of their growth, success and operations. In addition to this, this page is not an advert the guidelines state "Don't add this tag simply because the material in the article shows a company or a product in an overall positive light or because it provides an encyclopedic summary of a product's features."
