This project covers the creation and editing of articles related to the Republic of Colombia, its political subdivisions, geography, transportation, culture, history, people, and so on. It aims at expanding Wikipedia's resources on Colombia in a fair, neutral, and accurate manner. Articles currently covered by this project can be found at Category:Colombia. Dear Participants: It is time to start working on the Wikipedia Project Colombia. But this time it has to be for real. There are still many articles that need to be created and articles that need to be improved. Also it could be a good idea to link articles to the Spanish version of wikipedia. As of now there are different aspects of the project that need to be addressed.

We have to priorytize the different aspects that can be written about.
The Portal needs to be improved.
All participants that can spend quality time on the project are encouraged to find better pictures.
It is difficult to find wikipedians that can fully speak English and that can provide information about Colombia, therefore it will be good if we can link good wikipedians from the Spanish wikipedia.

Assessment - Assessing the quality of articles and their importance to the project. Probably one of our most important activities at the start of the project and on an ongoing basis. It will help us determine which articles deserve and require the most attention from our members. (Don't know how to assess?)
Improve articles on the worklist to get more GA and A class articles.
Please gather information related to Colombia and create new stubs
Help standarize articles related to geo categories. For instance all the Colombian rivers, mountains and cities articles should look the same. There are WikiProjects related to these so abide by their guidelines for now.
