Expand. This is a main artery that connects Pat Heung with Yuen Long through Kam Tin. Together with Route Twisk, Lam Kam Road and Fan Kam Road, it forms the backbone of the highway network through the centre part of mainland New Territories. Delete Apparently every road, overpass, and detour has its own article in Hong Kong because the editors there are so intent to call them discrete things. I am sure it can be mentioned in some neighborhood or list of streets. SchmuckyTheCat (talk)

No indication of notability, no significant coverage in reliable secondary sources, none found via Google Web or Google News using various versions of his name, including Wong Cheung-fat. The article was prodded, but of the sources added with the removal of the prod template only one was a reliable secondary source, and that one only mentioned Huynh in passing. I don't disagree that Wikipedia has a systemic bias. However, Wikipedia's policy is that an article (especially a BLP) must be sourced with reliable sources. If you can provide such non-english sources, that would be a start. DigitalC (talk) 19:51, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

No indication of notability, no reliable secondary sources, no significant coverage found via Google using all three variants of his name (Stefan Wong, Stephen Wong or Stephen Huynh, but don't confuse him with Stephen Wong Ka-lok). Fails WP:N and WP:ORG. Just to be clear, Tatung Institute of Technology is a notable educational institution. Tatung Institute Tea Culture and Department of Business Management is a new, small department within the institution. One of the references says that the department has only 10 students. Of course there is no inherited notability. If a university is notable, that does not mean that each department (could be 100s per university) should get its own article. Tatung Institute of Technology is not related to the Tatung Institute Tea Culture and Department of Business Management, they are different schools in different cities, also while tea culture and studies (in English)is not popular it still is notable, about the article of "ten students", what it says is that they recruited 45 students which went down to 10 which are mostly childern of tea farmers, and also had 18 students from the school so now have 28. icetea8 (talk) 05:17, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

Tatung Institute Tea Culture and Department of Business Management is a department of Tatung Institute of Commerce and Technology. The website of the former is http://tea.ttc.edu.tw/ and the website of the latter is http://www.ttc.edu.tw/. The subject of the article is not a school, it's a small, minor department. The point is that single departments of whole universities don't normally get their own articles. When it is a 1 year old department with 28 students after 35 quit, and there is no 3rd party evidence of notability, it surely should not get its own article.
