Some of the categories are: Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Hungarian, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Jewish/Kosher, Traditional (Classic) American, Southern, Cajun, Middle Eastern, Vegetarian (including international recipes). I consider myself to be fairly proficient in many of these cuisines. I look forward to seeing where this project may be able to use my expertise.
