Subproject and task force news
Roads in Maryland
  • Dough4872 is attempting to make a GA-class article for each county in Maryland.
  • Interstate 68 is now a FA.
  • Kumba42 has made ground on stubs for MD Scenic Byway articles, and is looking for feedback. Everything, including modified templates is hosted in my Userspace. Of the 19 Byways in total, a stub article/info box for each has been created, along with a map. Looking for feedback on what kind of content a scenic byway article should focus on, as it's not limited to a single state highway route, ideas for making the Infobox look better (more/less content?), etc. Please comment with thoughts/ideas/suggestions/etc on my Talk page, under the heading MD Scenic Byways Discussion (since I have no better place for it right now.) Start Here ---> List of scenic byways in Maryland. Or you can view all the subpages related to this Here. Maps are at my Maps subpage at Commons. Thanks!

[edit] Robust Maryland Economy and Development Pages

Robust economy sections pertaining to the State of Maryland's cities, towns and unincorporated areas. Many are lack luster or have none at all, a list of organizations would be a good start.

[edit] Ongoing tasks

This section is for ongoing tasks

Please help me work on Abingdon, Maryland, currently there is too little info on it online.

[edit] Adopt an article

Similar to the Collaboration of the week, but on a smaller scale, you might want to "adopt" an article. This would involve doing the research, writing, and picture-taking (if possible) for either a non-existent article or a stub. Of course, everyone else can still edit an adopted article, and you can work on other things too, but the idea is to find a focus for a while, to try and build up the number of quality articles the Project has produced.
