Adding content that has already been translated by Translators Without Borders is fairly simple but requires a few steps as outlined below. This can be done by anyone with the ability to edit Wikipedia.
Articles ready to be integrated are here and marked in orange.
Click on the article in question which will bring you to the TWB website. Log in to the site using Username: Jmh649 Password: wikipedia
Click on the file in the "manual delivery" section. This will download a word file.
Go to the Wikipedia language in question. Navigate to the article title in question. You may need to create it if it does not exist.
List the translators in the edit summary and that the article in question was translated from the English Wikipedia
Make changes to the Wikimedia markup to get things to format properly and move over any missing images
Add a comment in the comment box on the TWB website that the article has been integrated with a link to said article
Edit this page to indicate the article has been integrated. This requires changing the color from "orange" to "lime" and adding a direct link to the article in question, as well as changing the text from "complete" to "live"

Find and replace is available as part of WP:WikEd. Can be very useful to fix repetitive errors. Does work on English Wikipedia. Needs to be turned on under preferences.
If one is "copy and pasting" wiki text, spaces will go missing unless before one hits crtl C one places an extra space before all double brackets "[[" that are flush against the left side of the edit box. This does not apply to [[ at the beginning of paragraphs. One needs to begin at the top and go to the bottom adding spaces.
