Working definition
[edit]The working definition of the topic is games in the main The Legend of Zelda series published by Nintendo. Pagrashtak 00:24, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
Vital improvements
[edit]This topic meets current criteria perfectly well. -- igordebraga ≠ 03:29, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
- This is a note that one more article will need to be brought to FA status by 1 April 2009 per the new requirements for Featured topics. Dabomb87 (talk) 03:14, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, I've been working on this for the past two months, on and off. I'll get there. Gary King (talk) 03:17, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
- I was intending to bring Twilight Princess to FA. I put some work into it a few months ago but it sort of fell to the wayside. I don't think it's that far away, though. Pagrashtak 15:04, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
- I think it still has a lot of work to go. I'm currently working on other Zelda articles besides Twilight Princess as that one is going to be a beast, which I will eventually bring to FAC but it will take time. Gary King (talk) 16:35, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Potential improvements
[edit]Raise the number of FAs, which barely cover the 20% requirement (20% of 13=2.6, and there are 3 FAs). The ones with biggest chances are Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess and Link's Awakening. igordebraga ≠ 03:29, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
Possible additions
[edit]The topic definition could be expanded to include the following when they are of sufficient quality:
- Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland
- Link's Crossbow Training
- LCD games
- CD-i games
- BS Zelda no Densetsu
- BS Zelda no Densetsu Kodai no Sekiban
- Collector's Edition
- Pagrashtak 00:24, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
- Cd-i games is a Good Article now. Shouldn't that be in the topic? Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 17:26, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
- List of The Legend of Zelda games should be included - rst20xx (talk) 22:15, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
So why isn't Featured Article Link (The Legend of Zelda) in the topic? Or would that require expanding the definition too much? --erachima talk 05:56, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
- These are the video game titles of the series. Gary King (talk) 14:20, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
- The topic could be expanded, but adding Link would require adding Princess Zelda and Ganon (at least) to avoid a gap. Pagrashtak 16:23, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
- If CD-i Zeldas were added, we'd have to add all of the non-GA/FA articles. However, I do support pushing Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, Link's Crossbow Training, and LCD games to GA/FA class, merging the Collector's Edition into the series article, merging the two BS Zeldas to The Legend of Zelda and A Link to the Past, and perhaps merging Tingle's Balloon Fight to Tingle, or Balloon Fight. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 07:44, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- The topic could be expanded, but adding Link would require adding Princess Zelda and Ganon (at least) to avoid a gap. Pagrashtak 16:23, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
- We should also add Skyward sword to the list Deviljho12 (talk) 15:11, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
I can't
[edit]see this list in the main page, I don't know why!? Can anybody check this? OboeCrack (talk) 23:29, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
- Because it's a good topic! It appears at WP:GT instead. It's still listed on the code of this page though as this way, when it gets enough featured content to become a featured topic, it will automatically appear here instead of there - rst20xx (talk) 23:36, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
